Return / Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not, simply return it to us any time up to one year for a prompt and courteous refund. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, for any reason, simply return it. There are no restocking fees and wee will even pay the return shipping up to $50.00! All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and you must contact us to let us know the item is being returned so that we can give you correct shipping instructions.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Items in multiple product orders may be shipped separately. Free shipping is only offered for the continental United States. Free shipping is never offered for Hawaii, Alaska or international orders. Only the lower 48 states qualify for Free Shipping. If you require shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or any location outside the United States, please contact us for shipping rates. Some over-sized or unusually heavy items may require an additional handling fee.

Prices

Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason simply contact us to return or exchange the item any time up to one year. We will arrange to collect the merchandise and exchange it or refund your purchase price. We’ll even pay the return shipping up to $50.00. That’s how serious we are about your complete satisfaction.

What are your shipping procedures?
Most items ship within 48 hours via standard ground. If you want overnight or international shipping please email us with the item and your zip code, city and country. We will always notify you when your items have shipped and will provide you with a tracking number when possible. In some cases, the US Post Office does not provide tracking.

What if my shipment is damaged?
In the event of shipping damage, contact us within 24 hours so we can file a damage claim within the period permitted by our shippers. It is very important that you follow instructions and contact us within 24 hours – our shippers require us to respond quickly and specifically and if you do not notify us of shipping damage according to a shippers requirements, we may be unable to replace a damaged order.
